Typical Services Provided to Residential Clients:

Structural Appraisal reports, construction drawings, material specifications and construction stage site visits on repair and alterations to properties, including extensions, loft conversions, and the diagnosis and repair of faults.

Typical Services Provided on Conservation Projects:

Structural appraisal reports and assessment, including recommendations for investigations by other specialists (geology, timber decay, etc) followed by detailed drawings for repairs and alterations using sound conservation principles and appropriate materials.

Typical Services Provided on Larger Projects, Working with an Architect:

Structural engineering analysis and design of the proposed building, production of construction drawings and specifications, Structural Building Control Submission, Designer's Health and Safety Risk Assessments, working to the RIBA plan stages, including attendance on site.
